You have several places you can park once you come to Downtown Frederick.

You can park on Market St.  There is metered parking.  You can park at the Parking Deck off of Carroll Creek Parkway and there is also a Parking Deck off of Court St.  Irene's shop is not on Market St.  It's actually on the Creek right next to Structures Hair Salon.
